By creating an account or using The OPED Media you agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

Content

Articles, podcasts and other material published by The OPED Media are protected by copyright. You may read and share links to them, but you may not copy, republish or resell them without permission.

Writers

Writers keep ownership of what they submit and grant us a licence to publish and distribute it on our website and apps. Submissions must be your own work, must not be unlawful, defamatory or infringing, and are subject to editorial review. We may edit, reject or remove content.

Comments and conduct

Be respectful. Do not post harassment, hate speech, spam or unlawful material. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content you believe breaks them.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
